Meet Cynthia Froid
Cynthia has been specializing in luxury urban real estate since 1996, with an emphasis on selling condos and townhomes. Her expertise and personal commitment to the neighborhoods that she serves helps her to provide unparalleled service to her clients.

Cynthia’s real estate career began in 1996 while working with the late Sheldon Hoffman (S.R. Hoffman & Associates) handling the sales and marketing of the North Star Lofts. This was a pioneering, collaborative effort between Brighton Development, Paul Madson and Associates, and Kraus-Anderson Construction to renovate the landmark North Star Blanket Factory. Over the next nine years, they went on to sell out four additional award winning loft buildings by Brighton Development; Stone Arch Lofts, Washburn Lofts, Humboldt Lofts and Park Avenue Lofts.
In 2006, sensing a change coming to the downtown condo market, Cynthia spread her wings and left S.R. Hoffman to join Keller Williams Realty. She sharpened her skills, and continued to study her craft, focusing on re-sale transactions in the Mill District and expanding her knowledge to include other highly desirable neighborhoods in and near downtown. She quickly became the go-to girl for all things Mill District.
With her business gaining momentum, she formed the Cynthia Froid Group in 2009, this time opening her very own shop smack in the heart of the Mill District, where it all began. Cynthia's focus on downtown real estate has remained constant throughout her entire career, and her fierce commitment to servicing her clients continues, as 90% of her business consists of repeat clients or referrals.
Cynthia attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from St. Catherine University with degrees in Elementary Education and French. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and three sons. When she is not selling real estate she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, kayaking, white water rafting and hot yoga.

Ryan followed his entrepreneurial spirit into real estate in 2016 where he found his beginnings in the downtown Minneapolis market. There was something about the liveliness of the city and all it had to offer that drew his passion. He has become a leader in the downtown real estate market with a breadth of knowledge that is tough to match.

Ryan genuinely wants to get to know his clients on a personal level to better understand their lifestyle and how he can best advise them in marketing or sourcing the perfect property.
Ryan’s family is his world and motivation. As a husband, father, amateur golfer, and former triathlete, he understands the demands of a busy life. Ryan’s ability to build relationships with clients paired with a relentless work ethic makes working with him seamless and stress-free. From first-time homebuyers to luxury buying and selling, Ryan thrives on the sense of accomplishment when clients are satisfied in their real estate process. When Ryan is not out helping clients sell their current home and securing the keys to their new kingdom, he can be found at the cabin with his family or on the golf course.
