Our Policy on Pets

At The Mist On Lake Minnetonka, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer.

Cats and dogs are welcome! No other types of pets are allowed.

Pets Per Household: 2 Allowed

One Time Fee: $300 Per Pet

Max Weight: 30 lbs Per Pet

Pet Desposit: $350 Per Pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $40 Per Pet

**Restricted Breed Dogs and mixes of these breeds are not permitted on any Weidner property. Additional breed or weight restrictions may apply.
